www.wendybradford.co.nz aims to please you with your purchase and we take special care to describe every feature and flaw in the condition of every item, particularly the vintage
items. This is done to the best of our ability. As you are aware, vintage items are not always perfect, because they have been used and lovingly passed down through time. We do our best to disclose all pertinent flaws and issues. If you require more information we will gladly respond and supply additional photos on request.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

Free shipping when you spend over $100* within New Zealand.

*Please note bulky items may be excluded from this offer. The description will outline if the product does not qualify for free shipping and we will contact you with a freight quote after you place your order.

All orders under $100 are $7.50.

We will process and despatch your order as quickly as possible within standard business hours. Processing may take up to 2 working days at the most.

Once your order has been processed we offer a next working day courier service between major cities and towns. This is a guide only and both rural and South Island addresses may take an extra working day.

This service is subject to processing time and product availability – we will always advise if there is an expected delay.

Once the courier has picked up your order, you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your parcel.

Please note shipping fees for large, oversized items are not listed above. Please add the item to your cart and enter your address at the checkout for a shipping fee. If the incorrect freight option is selected, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference.

For rural address, there is an additional $3 to the North Island and South Island prices above. Please let us know if your address is rural by selecting the rural delivery option at checkout.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Once the courier has picked up your order, you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can track your parcel.

Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The delivered items become your property once they have been delivered. If items are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your delivery. www.wendybradford.co.nz is not responsible or liable for any delivery failures or delays.

Returns Policy:

www.wendybradford.co.nz makes every effort to provide detailed descriptions and quality photography of all products. Therefore, please take time to select your items carefully before finalising your purchase.

www.wendybradford.co.nz makes every endeavour to deliver goods to the photograph reference in the advertised product. In some cases, however, they may not be identical. If you are unsure, you are welcome to contact us for a further description.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email at admin@wendybradford.co.nz and return the product to us at the below address within 7 days of receipt of the products. Provided the products are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging, we will either replace it, exchange it or refund the purchase price. Please ensure you email us at admin@wendybradford.co.nz informing us that you would like to return the item including the invoice number, and the reason for returning it.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund however you are welcome to exchange the item for something else or receive a credit voucher to use at a later date. All custom orders are final sales.

Price and Payment:

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Prices may be altered without notice. Handling and courier fees are additional and will be calculated after you place your order. Free shipping within New Zealand applies if you spend over $100 on any given order. Please note that this does not apply to large or bulky items.
