What has caught my eye lately.. Wallpaper

Make a dramatic statement by using wallpaper.  You could use designs on their own or combined to create your own personal work of art!  One of the benefits of using wallpaper is that you have an extensive variety of options, textures, colours, designs and patterns to choose from.  Wallpaper can hide blemishes in the wall’s plaster.  It lasts a good deal longer than paint.  It creates an amazing variety of effect and changes the entire look and character of the room.

L’Arte Libertà – Art Nouveau in Milan

After Torino, Milan is considered the most representative of L’Arte Libertà – The Liberty (Art Nouveau) style in Italy.  Art Nouveau flourished in Milan in the decades spanning the end of the 19th and the start of the 20th century.  Beautiful buildings were constructed with the help of new technologies and building materials such as iron, glass and reinforced concrete.
